The existing building is a rectangular shaped, eight floor high structure. The new building is a straight and curved one to connect with the existing building. Vertical circulation is located in a central position. The new building consists of a basement (garage 80 cars ), a ground floor & seven typical floors, equal in height with the existing one, overlooking the only main street around the project. The back building ( L ) shaped, consists of a ground, first & second floors overlooking the two neighbors. both front & back buildings form an atrium covered with space truss and glass pyramids allowing natural illumination & sun rays. This atrium is used as a waiting area and as a banquet hall for special occasions.
