One complex consists of five floors containing all functions concerning research in criminal & social sciences.
The form is composed of a base covering most of the site (4000 m² on two streets) containing all public units, entrances, parking areas and patios for interior activities, natural illumination and ventilation.
A slab building covers the central part and contains four floors of offices, research and educational units.
The ground floor contains an auditorium, cafeteria, museum, library and computer hall. It also contains criminal investigation, criminal laboratory departments and the psychological clinic.
The four typical floors contain quarters for president of the center, his staff consultants, facilities for microfilm, photocopying, classrooms, archives, administration, research departments, heads of departments, staff rooms & all necessary services.
The fifth floor was arranged for offices of the United Nations middle east center for social research.
