The project is located on an overall area of 425 m². It is located at the corner of Murad and Radwan Ibn Al-Tabib streets in the governate of Giza, overlooking the zoological and Orman gardens at the northern side. The eastern side is overlooking the River Nile.
The tower consists of a basement floor, four floors used as a shopping center, with two upper floors as a restaurant and a cafeteria, four floors as offices, eight floors as residential apartments and one upper floor as luxurious residence.
