First: the external building considered to be the main access to the center, overlooking Mohamed Said pasha street at the southern side with 8 m wide.
Second: the external building consists of two floors. The ground floor, containing administrative affairs, security and W.C in both sides of the building, separated by the main entrance corridor with an area of 262 m².
Third: the first floor, with both sides, the right and left with an area of 34 m², devoted ti art exhibitions.
Second: Museum Building the palace area is 450 m², occupying palace of the Artist.
Mahmoud Saids three museum:
1- Modern Art museum in the basement.
2- Mahmoud Said Museum in the ground floor.
3- Adham and Said Wanly Museum in the first floor.
