The gardens were developed in classic style, with main axis starting from Giza Street leading to palace entrance. A secondary perpendicular axis enhanced by the statue of the palace owner at one direction, leads to other museum elements on the other direction.
A part of site corner, was dedicated to provides a water pool surrounding a marble cube 2×2×2 m holding the museum title. Visitors move on a secondary photos, copies, video tapes, colored slides, art books, a five stars restaurant and an auditorium .
An art gallery was provided through reallocation of a space previously used as garage & stores.
