The designer has chosen the height hierarchy of buildings starting with low height buildings ( Conference hall ) at Nile side, then medium height building (Administrative building) & the high rise building (11 floor hotel) at rear side.
Nile view is provided to all buildings, besides an internal yard between the administrative building & the hotel. Three entrances are provided, one at Nile side leading to the conference hall, side entrance leading to the administrative building & rear entrance leading to the hotel.
