The design adopted a rectangular layout with environmental hybrid continuous parameter with outwards projecting stepped corners.
The building as such blends in form and colors with the general trend in the intelligent village (Cairo – Alex Desert highway.)
The design is around a top lighted atrium with colored artistically glass skylight. It is surrounded by corridors serving the parameter vertical atrium, offices, conference hall, meeting rooms, cafeteria and technical rooms. The compound is being served by two basements floors containing garages and basic services.
The whole technical services were intelligently coordinated with natural resources in A.C. lighting & security. These represented huge savings in running electric consumption which is currently critical in both economic and environmental aspects in Egypt.
