The main concept of the building layout is based on making maximum use of the project lot, either horizontally or vertically.
The design made maximum utilization of building regulations as regards permitted heights, allowing back and side recessions to create active air currents from the north side to different parts of the building. Service rooms such as main circulation elements and water closets were mainly concentrated at the site of the structural mass, creating concrete structural core and sparing beneficial functions either in the bank branch part or in the headquarter bank. Wide spans between columns (10 mt.) were used, providing areas free of columns for main entrance hall.
