The J.V was commissioned, after winning an international competition.
The project is erected on two sites. The first located in Jeddah, containing broadcasting, press and publication complex. It consists of a studio building, with studios of different forms and characteristics. It includes office tower, library and assembly hall. The whole complex is surrounding the formal entrance court.
The second site, located on Jeddah-Mecca road, contains transmitting station and residential city for employees.
